The site is particularly suited to manufacturing and high technology use. Plots are available from one hectare upwards to allow owners to develop their own purpose-built accommodation on self-contained sites. Design and build packa- ges can also be offered.

Koprivnice Industrial Park is ideally located as some companies have recognised already. Seven foreign investors were attracted to settle in the Park already. DURA (USA) has started its manufacturing facility here in 2002; Cirex (The Netherlands) has started operations in a new production hall which was constructed by the Koprivnice town hall in 2003, and Brose (Germany) has started operations in 2004. New plant was constructed by Erich Jaeger (Germany) in 2005. Danish company Bang & Olufsen built its new factory here in 2005. Rieger (Germany) has started operations in 2005 and Roechling (Germany) was constructed new plant here in 2007.
